I´ve been living in the Banderas Bay the last 8 years, I came for business and I found it in Real Estate. Today, I want to talk about one of the most beautiful areas of this Bay; Nuevo Vallarta!!!!! the Real Estate Hot Spot; why?  Because 50% of the Real Estate buyers decide that Nuevo Vallarta has everything to offer in terms and of the location,services and recreation activities , this is a big change if we consider that in the middle of the   90´s Nuevo Vallarta was so quiet, waiting for the perfect moment to became the best place for live!!!
